Welcome to IITIIMDating. By accessing or using our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on IITIIMDating. Furthermore, to participate fully in the service, you must verify your affiliation with an approved institution (such as an IIT or IIM) by providing valid documentation. We reserve the right to review and reject any application for lack of authentic documentation.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use IITIIMDating in a respectful and lawful manner. You will not:
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person within the app.
- Use the service for commercial purposes or to solicit others.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or use automation tools (bots, scrapers).
- Impersonate any person or provide false educational credentials.
4. Content Guidelines
You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, or display. We strictly prohibit content that contains nudity, sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, or promotes illegal activities. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). 5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or for any other reason.
6. Modifications to Service
We may modify or discontinue our service from time to time, with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service.
